Palacio Condes de Gómara, Soria

Joma Urban has contributed to the renovation of the environment of one of the "most emblematic" buildings in the city. The remodeling of the outskirts of the Condes de Gómara Palace, in the historic center of Soria, seeks to improve accessibility as well as street aesthetics.
In addition to improving access, the aesthetic has taken into account the color of the palace's sandstone, for which Joma has proposed the Oxido Mexican color, which gives an elegant, durable and ecological finish to our Bloke planters.
All in all, it has been possible to give a new atmosphere to the palace area, gaining "visibility and lucidity". The work will allow an energy saving of 85% thanks to the equipment of led lamps in the lighting and will have pacified vehicle traffic, that is, 30 kilometers an hour to facilitate coexistence with pedestrians.
